SANDY YORK is the founder of the company, an inter-disciplinary business solutions firm catering exclusively to the customized needs of creatives and entrepreneurial thought leaders.  Sandy York offers over 10 years legal and business experience as a trusted advisor and business strategist and is sought by both commercial visionaries seeking legal and business support intended to resolve commercial and public affairs matters.  Prior to launching the firm, Sandy York was in-house General Counsel with Ultra Music Festival, a Miami-based electronic music festival, where she was responsible for corporate governance and compliance, litigation and risk management, licensing and general legal support to the company’s local and worldwide business initiatives.  Sandy York was previously Corporate and Real Estate Counsel at Assurant Inc., a Fortune 500 financial services company, where she was responsible for legal support to the company’s real estate and facilities divisions and for capital improvement projects. Sandy York was also Associate Counsel at Estefan Enterprises, Inc. a multi-media company owned and operated by Gloria and Emilio Estefan.

SANDY YORK has a Juris Doctor from St. Thomas University School of Law, was an Editor of the St. Thomas Law Review and during her law school career was an active member of the Student Bar Association and received several “book” awards including for Legal Analysis, Writing and Research, Advanced Legal Writing, Appellate Advocacy, Professional Responsibility and multiple Tax Clinics.  She was also recognized for several other achievements including earning a competitive internship with The Honorable Donald L. Graham of the United States District Court of the Southern District of Florida.  She has an MBA, specializing in International Business, from the University of Miami School of Business Administration, a Bachelors of Science degree in Legal Studies from Barry University, is a registered lobbyist and a member of The Florida Bar.
